Jack began his career as a graduate at a global recruitment firm 8 years ago, and is now a Director at Keegan Adams.

Jack’s unwavering commitment to his clients and candidates sets him apart in the industry. His high energy, enthusiasm, and genuine curiosity about people allow him to alleviate the stress and anxiety candidates often experience during their job search.

Prior to Keegan Adams, he started and led the Sydney office of Kaizen Recruitment, managing a diverse range of projects on a national scale. His dedication extends beyond professional responsibilities; he volunteers with several NFP organisations focused on breast cancer research, environmental causes, and supporting women re-entering the workforce.

Jack has been selected to join the NSW Young Finance Professionals Committee at FINSIA, an industry body dedicated to empowering emerging professionals as future industry leaders.

Jack’s passion for sports led him to the USA on a football scholarship before returning to Australia. Outside of work, he plays for Coogee United FC, enjoys traveling, and recently got engaged in Mexico.
