As a leader she places a strong focus on ensuring that Keegan Adams is continually developing alongside our clients, creating an agile team who can provide a service that changes based on the evolving needs of our clients and candidates.

Aside from recruitment Claire acts as a consultant on market changes, market salaries, industry changes and industry incentives & benefits. Working collaboratively with clients to ensure they’re receiving the most up to date and relevant advice.
