Alice began her recruitment career in 2010, joining Keegan Adams Recruitment shortly after they launched. She is now an Owner and Director of Keegan Adams, although she still remains hands on in recruiting a range of permanent roles across the Banking and Financial Services Industry from entry level to senior management, with a strong emphasis on finding the right culture fit for both client and candidate.

Alice enjoys building genuine connections with people and helping them throughout multiple stages of their career, which has resulted in many of her client and candidate relationships spanning 10+ years.

Outside of work, Alice is a mum to two high-energy boys who keep her on her toes.
